The Masai Mara will offer you one of the best opportunities in the world to photograph nature and wildlife. 5 Day Masai Mara Safari After years of extensive travel in Kenya, we have developed this 5 day safari to allow the traveller with limited time to experience the true Africa. The Masai Mara is part of the vast Serengeti ecosystem and has the greatest concentration and diversity of wildlife on earth. Stay and relax in the warm friendly atmosphere of a luxury tented camp in the heart of the African bush. Itinerary Day 1> Flight from Nairobi to Masai Mara. Lunch at camp then out for your first evening game drive. Day 2-4> Spend these days exploring the vast Masai Mara. Witness the endless herds of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle grazing their way across the grasslands. Experience the adrenalin of watching predators stalk their prey and execute the hunt. Day 5> Early morning game drive then back to camp for breakfast before your flight from Masai Mara to Nairobi. This safari is an extension of the 5 day safari but includes 2 extra days in the Masai Mara. Price: $4,300.00 Dates: August - September 2010 10 Day Photographic Safari This 10 day safari is designed for people with an interest in photography. The aim of this safari is to give you the best opportunity of obtaining spectacular images. Time is the key feature of this safari and patients will be needed in order to obtain your goal of capturing the essence of nature in your images. Itinerary Day 1> Flight from Nairobi to Masai Mara. Lunch at camp then out for your first evening game drive. Day 2-9> A typical day will consist of a morning game drive where we will leave camp at approximately 6am, depending of what subjects we encounter and the lighting/weather conditions we will return to camp sometime before lunch. The evening game drive will conclude at approximately 7pm (depending on the lighting conditions). We will return to camp in time for a quick shower before the evening meal. Day 10> We will have our last game drive in the morning and then head back to camp for breakfast before your flight to Nairobi. Price: $5,800.00 Dates: August - September 2010 Accommodation You will be camping in luxury and comfort. Our camp is a mobile bush camp that is set up in a strategic location inside the Masai Mara. All guests will have a tent furnished with comfortable beds and a verandah where you can sit in the evening and enjoy nature. Guests will also enjoy the luxury of hot showers, cold drinks and candle lit dinners. The camp staff will take care of your every need, but these luxuries will not diminish the feeling of being in the heart of Africa. Customised 4WD All safari 4WDs are spacious and customised to enjoy game viewing, photographers will have access to a full row of seats for equipment and choice of both windows. Cost includes Transfers, return flights from Nairobi to Masai Mara, accommodation and all meals, bottled water, park entry fees, game drives, field instructions and image reviews.
